Complaints

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint regarding the level of service provided by Coastal Investigation Services please write including full details to:

You will receive a letter acknowledging that your complaint has been received, along with an assurance that a full investigation will be undertaken. You will then be kept informed of the progress made into your complaint and receive a written outcome within four weeks.
